Accreditation Canada developed Required Organisational Practices (ROPs) which include identification of the client. This ROP is included in most service delivery standard sections as follows: “Working in partnership with clients and families, at least two person‐specific identifiers are used to confirm that clients receive the service or procedure intended for them.” Please refer to the P&P in the Tools section.
