📝 Policy on the use and printing of content from the Online Care Procedures (OCP) website
1.Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, videos, documents, etc.) is the property of the Sherbrooke Health Expertise Center (CESS) or is used with the permission of the rights holders. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or publication is prohibited without authorization, unless otherwise indicated
2. Internal use
Customers may view, download, or print the contents of the site for internal professional use only. Any use for personal, commercial, or external purposes must be authorized.
3. Updating content
The content of the site is updated regularly. Therefore:
- It is the user's responsibility to ensure that they are consulting the most recent version
- Any printing or saving of content may quickly become obsolete or inaccurate.
4.Printing content
Printing is allowed for internal use (e.g., work documentation). Authorization is required for any printing intendes foa an external audience (e.g., training, presentations, events). Printed content must retain the original notices and may not be modified without approval. It is strickly prohibited to print the content of the platform in the form of a booklet, brochure, or any other compiled format.
5. Autorization request
To obtain authorization to use an illustration or any other tool from a method, you must complete a form available in the “Help” section: Request form for the use of illustrations, videos, documents, or other materials. You must then send your request to 📧 msi.cess@ssss.gouv.qc.ca
Please note that this use must be restricted to a document distributed internally within your institution and that references to the Centre d’expertise en santé de Sherbrooke (CESS) and OCPs must be retained in order to comply with copyright laws.
6. Lialibity
The Centre d’expertise en santé de Sherbrooke cannot be held liable for unauthorized use of the site's content. Users are responsible for complying with copyright and terms of use.
